Di Wu is a Research Associate at Imperial College London and Intel Collaborative Research Institute (ICRI) for Sustainable Connected Cites. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, USA in 2013. Di was a Staff Research Associate at the University of California, Irvine, USA, a Student Research Associate at the Stanford Research Institute, Menlo Park, USA, a Visiting Researcher at IBM Research, China, and a Staff Member at the Department of Land and Resources of Hunan Province, China. He is also an Adjunct Researcher at the University of California, Irvine, USA, and an Adjunct Associate Professor affiliated with Hunan University, Changsha, China. Di has published more than 20 peer-reviewed international journal and conference papers on networks and distributed systems. His research interests include Wireless Networks and Mobile Computing, Cyber-Physical Systems and Internet-of-Things, Big Data and Smart Cities. He is a member of IEEE.
Di currently is working on three projects at ICRI: (1) Mobility Management in Software-Defined IoT; (2) Sustainable Localization in Smart Space; (3) Intelligent Communication in Cyber-Physical Transportation Systems.
