Visiting Research Fellow, UCL
Johannes Schöning is working as a professor for computer science within the Expertise Centre for Digital Media (HCI group), Hasselt University and he is a visiting senior research fellow at UCL London within the Intel Collaborative Research Institute for Sustainable Connected Cities. His research interests relate to new methods and interfaces to navigate through spatial information, such as mobile augmented reality applications and home grown multi-touch surfaces. He is involved in research on mobile apps usage (i.e. understanding how context influences people’s interactions with mobile apps and how people interact with specific types of mobiles apps such as wayfinding and navigations apps).
